Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Collon, Louth. The Administrative Assistant will handle clerical tasks such as maintaining reports, and providing general support to ensure smooth office operations. Responsibilities may also include assisting with event planning, PR tasks, and coordinating with marketing and communications teams.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and correspondence management
* Organisation skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities
* Basic knowledge or experience in PR, event coordination, or marketing support
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in office software tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
* Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic environment
* Prior experience in an administrative role is an advantage
