We are currently seeking a highly-motivated Support Worker to join our team in ST. Laurence, Lota Park, Glanmire, Cork, Adult Day Services, Cork, Ard Na Mara, Ladysbridge, Co Cork, and Harbour Lights, Castle Road, Blackrock, Cork.
Contract Type:
Permanent, temporary and relief contracts available
Contract Hours:
Full time (39 hours per week), Part-Time & Relief
Annual Leave Entitlement:
30 days per annum pro-ra, and proportionately less for less than 12 months service.

The role of Support Worker is to work as part of a dedicated and innovative team to provide person-centred services to children and adults with disabilities who attend Enable Ireland Services.

Qualifications & Requirements
The successful candidate will have
QQI Level 5 Major Award in one of the following:
Social Care
Pre Nursing
Year 1 of a relevant degree programme in Health and Social Care (such as Social Care, Child Care, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech & Language Therapy)
Full Clean Manual Driving Licence and willingness to drive company vehicles.
Be eligible to work in the state.
Experience of supporting people with disabilities.
Experience of working with people with behaviours of concern.
Experience of providing personal care.
Basic IT skills.
