About the Role
The Talbot Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Person in Charge. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about providing exceptional quality person-centred care to residents.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and supervise staff team, ensuring high standards of service delivery and compliance with HIQA standards and organisational policies and procedures.
* Develop, implement, and maintain effective care plans that meet the needs of residents, promoting independence, choice, and control over their lives.
* Liaise with multi-disciplinary teams to coordinate appointments and ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role, applicants should have:
* A QQI Level 7 Degree in Social Care or a relevant Allied Healthcare related discipline;
* At least three years' experience in management or supervisory roles within the Health or Social Care sector;
