Reperio has partnered with a leading organisation seeking a Senior .NET/C# Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering software components that form part of key applications, products, or services. You'll produce robust, maintainable, and high-performance code for high-visibility production systems, develop software to meet project requirements, and help refine best-practice guidelines. You'll also create clear, user-focused documentation and contribute to the operation and continuous improvement of the applications and services you build.
Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement services and features using C# and .NET Core (or equivalent).
2. Develop REST Web APIs (and/or OData Web Services) and MVC 5 applications.
3. Engage with Microsoft Azure services for cloud‑hosted deployments.
4. Apply sound software design patterns and solid software development practices.
5. Work in an Agile Scrum methodology, participate in sprints, stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
6. Collaborate with DevOps/Operations to enable continuous delivery, CI/CD pipelines and operational readiness.
7. Analyse requirements, contribute to design discussions, proactively identify issues and help solve them.
8. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients and team members; act as a team player and problem‑solver.
Requirements:
9. Strong C# development experience in .NET Core (full‑stack preferred: HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
10. Experience with MVC 5 and REST Web APIs (and ideally OData).
11. Practical exposure to Microsoft Azure (., App Services, Functions, Storage, etc).
12. Well‑versed in software development practices (., SOLID, design patterns, unit testing, refactoring).
13. Experience working in Agile Scrum environments.
14. DevOps knowledge (., CI/CD, automated deployment, monitoring).
15. Good analysis and design skills.
16. Proactive mindset and strong communication / interpersonal skills.
