This is an onsite role based in Dublin City Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional, dependable, and friendly team.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome, greet, and direct clients in a warm and professional manner.Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.Provide administrative support, including insurance processing, record management, and scheduling.Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries.Maintain an organised, calm, and welcoming reception area.Support the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks.About YouMinimum of 1 year's experience in a receptionist or administrative role.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Professional attitude and presentation.Friendly and approachable personality with a strong focus on customer service.Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and comfortable working on iMac.Strong multitasking and time-management skills.Fluent in spoken and written English.Additional qualifications in Office Management or Administration are an advantage.
