We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Investment Professional to join our dynamic team in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate investments, due diligence, deal sourcing, and fundraising. This role offers the opportunity to work on high -profile projects and contribute to the growth and success of an international real estate portfolio.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement fundraising strategies to secure capital for new and existing real estate projects.Conduct thorough due diligence on potential real estate investments, including financial analysis, market research, and risk assessment.Prepare detailed reports and presentations to support investment decisions.Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities in the Dublin real estate market.Negotiate terms and conditions with sellers, partners, and other stakeholders.Structure and execute real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures.Build and maintain relationships with investors, including high net worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors.Prepare and present investment proposals and pitch materials to potential investors.Monitor and manage the performance of existing real estate investments.Develop and implement strategies to enhance the value of the portfolio.Prepare regular reports on portfolio performance for senior management and investors.Stay up -to -date with market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes that may impact real estate investments.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field.Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, ACA) is a plus.10+ years proven experience in real estate investments, with a focus on due diligence, deal sourcing, and fundraising.Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Knowledge of real estate investment software and tools is a plus.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
