Role: Site Manager Location: South Dublin Sector: Residential (Civils) Talent Curve are looking for an experienced Site Managerfor a large residential site in South Dublin. The appointed person will be responsible for all Civils works on site. This role requires hands-on site management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities: Oversee daily site activities throughout the project lifecycle, leading the team to successful project completion. Review and interpret drawings and specifications, promptly addressing any discrepancies with the design team. Report into the Project Manager and Senior Manor Monitor construction quality, materials, and workmanship, maintaining accurate records. Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, building regulations, and best practices. Assist in managing all aspects of Health & Safety and Quality on-site, ensuring adherence to company safety procedures, subcontractor certifications, and regulatory requirements. Manage subcontractors and coordinate site operations efficiently. Prepare and submit daily/weekly project progress reports, tracking programme schedules and subcontractor performance. Liaise with clients and design teams as required. Requirements: Previous experience in the role Full Irish driving licence. Experience on Residential sites with Civils Contractors Safe Pass & Manual Handling certification Strong IT skills, proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
