Validate and refine existing BA documentation across consolidation and reporting
Analyse consolidation, statutory reporting, and IFRS‑driven processes
Define data flows, mappings, integrations, and reconciliation requirements
Support testing and validate outputs against expected reporting results
Act as SME for consolidation and reporting components
Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineers, and vendors throughout delivery
Produce high‑quality documentation aligned to governance and audit standards
What You’ll Bring
Strong Finance BA experience, ideally in the financial sector
Hands‑on experience with IBM Cognos Controller (preferred)
Experience with data mapping, integrations, hierarchies, and reporting classifications
Excellent documentation skills in complex, multi‑system environments
Accounting background (qualified or part‑qualified) strongly preferred
Experience supporting de‑mergers, separations, or standalone reporting setups
Strong stakeholder engagement across Finance, Technology, and third‑party partners
Tech Landscape You’ll Work With
Financial consolidation tools (e.g., Controller)
Annual reporting platforms (e.g., Workiva)
Cognos and statutory/disclosure reporting tools
Oracle Financials (GL, hierarchies, source data)
File‑based and API‑based integrations
Excel‑based reconciliations and reporting
Why This Role Matters
You’ll help build Primark’s new standalone consolidation and reporting capability, ensuring solutions are accurate, auditable, and fully aligned with regulatory expectations—while strengthening data lineage, controls, and reporting integrity.
