Job Title: Costing Specialist

The Costing Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the commercial and operational teams by preparing accurate cost estimates for tenders and live projects.

1. Develop and maintain detailed cost estimates for tenders and projects, considering various factors such as labor costs, materials, and overheads.
2. Collaborate with the commercial and operational teams to ensure accurate and timely cost estimates are provided.
3. Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement in cost estimation processes.

Requirements:

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
