Responsibilities:
* You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and selecting top talent for our clients' needs.
* You will be expected to develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and delivering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
* You will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through proactive business development.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* A minimum of two years' experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably within a similar industry or sector.
* A proven track record of delivering results-driven recruitment solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
* A strong work ethic, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely delivery of results.
* A creative and proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to think outside the box and identify innovative solutions to complex challenges.
