Senior Speech and Language Therapist Role
This is a direct HSE Specified Purpose Contract covering maternity leave in our hospital.
As a Senior Speech and Language Therapist, you will provide assessment and intervention to inpatients in the hospital for both dysphagia and communication needs.
You will support and clinically supervise Staff grade Speech & Language Therapists.
The SLT department provides a VFSS service to in-patients in the hospital. This service is currently being expanded to be offered to community out-patients.
Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive assessment and intervention services to inpatients with communication and swallowing disorders.
* Supervise and mentor junior Speech and Language Therapists to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
