Job Description This is an exciting chance for a Behaviour Specialist to join our team, working collaboratively as part of a national Multi-Disciplinary Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) principles and experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other neurodevelopmental disorders. The successful applicant will be responsible for conducting Functional Assessments, developing Multi-Element Behaviour Support Plans (MEBSPs), and overseeing their implementation and monitoring. They will also provide training to front-line staff, assist in integrating recommendations into individual Personal Plans, and ensure all MEBSPs meet high quality standards. ----------------------------------- Duties & Responsibilities: • Manage an individual caseload of clients requiring PBS support • Travel to different locations as required • Conduct Functional Assessments as required Key Areas Of Responsibility Include:• Developing high-quality behaviour support plans that are tailored to the individual's needs
