Key Responsibilities:
* Raising purchase orders and maintaining supplier records.
* Tracking deliveries and assisting with procurement planning.
* Reconciling purchase invoices and liaising with suppliers to resolve any queries.
* Supporting the accounts team with data entry, filing, and document preparation.
* Assisting in processing invoices and managing payment runs.
* Completing statement reconciliations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills:
* Fluent English language skills with excellent communication skills.
* High attention to detail with strong accuracy in data entry and documentation.
* Strong typing and Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel, Outlook, and Word.
* Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines.
* Organised and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
