Litigation Support Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation support and be able to provide excellent administrative support to our solicitors.
Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to solicitors, including preparing briefs, compiling court books, and handling general administrative duties.
* Maintain and update the firm's case management system with relevant documents and information.
* Accurately and efficiently complete digital dictation and other typing assignments.
* Schedule medical and specialist appointments as required.
* Client Interaction: Manage incoming calls, relay messages, and communicate with clients on behalf of Partners and Solicitors.
* Open, date-stamp, and scan incoming mail, and save correspondence to appropriate client files.
The Ideal Person:
* At least 1 year's experience in a legal administration position.
* Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and processes.
* Effective time management - prioritize work for solicitor.
* Diary management.
* Good communication skills and telephone manner.
