Your job is to make sure every appointment starts and ends seamlessly—and that behind the scenes, things stay clean, stocked, and on point.Your role includes:Greeting clients and managing walk‑ins with professionalism and warmthHandling check‑ins, booking questions, and reschedules via text, email, or LatePointKeeping the shop clean, tidy, and stocked (beverages, towels, supplies, etc.)Supporting barbers with prep and quick resets between appointmentsRestocking product shelves and assisting with basic inventory trackingManaging playlist vibes and ensuring the space feels sharp and welcomingWe’ll train you on the systems and standards—but you need to bring the right energy, attention to detail, and pride in keeping things tight.What We’re Looking For1+ year in customer service, retail, hospitality, or shop coordinationComfortable with texting/emailing clients and using modern scheduling toolsA calm presence and professional tone—especially under pressureBonus: experience in barbershops, salons, or fast‑paced service environmentsReliable, punctual, and ready to handle whatever the day throws at youA natural sense for clean spaces, stocked shelves, and great serviceSounds Like You?This isn’t a front desk job with a script.
