You will source and recruit skilled professionals for our upcoming White-Collar projects.The role will support the existing team to develop a database of suitable applicants for the many roles we have coming up in Irish projects and to ensure that we provide the quality staff that our clients are looking for and come to AA Euro for.The role would ideally suit someone coming from a similar role, or with a background in customer Service. As we grow, this role will move into a more operational role with site visits to staff and clients and will be fully trained up to do so.Duties:Source suitable candidates for specific vacancies via Internal database, LinkedIn & Job boards.Gaining candidates interest and establishing interview availability.Working with the Marketing team to post job adverts and monitor responses.Ensure all applicants and candidates applications are professionally managed.Registering candidates on our internal database.Identifying suitable personnel from our recruitment database.Call candidates to clarify their active interest in securing a new role.Requirements:Customer Service/ Sales experience is desirable.Proven experience in reaching targets.Team player.Good relationship building skills.Must be lT literate.Effective Communicator.Ability to take lead on specific job related assignments.
