Electrical Maintenance Tech wanted - Cork Based- Full time perm position
Responsibilities
* Machine Fault finding, repair and problem solving
* Performs repairs on buildings and equipment
* Performs preventive maintenance procedures
* Troubleshooting on electrical tasks as required
* PLC programming and troubleshooting
* Assist in the commissioning of projects as required
* Maintains records of scheduled maintenance and recording the data
* Assist the team with identifying areas for continuous improvement
* Skill in reading and following blueprints and assembly instructions.
* Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions.
* Responds to emergency maintenance requests as required.
Qualifications, Skills And Attributes Required
* 3-5 years’ experience as a qualified electrician.
* Experience of working in a Production / Manufacturing environment.
* Thorough understanding of responsibilities as per Safety, Health and Welfare regulations.
* Ability to demonstrate analytical thinking and problem solving.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Enthusiastic and self-motivated
* Flexibility
(The contract is based on a flexible shift rotation basis)
