We are looking for an organised and proactive Account Executive to support the delivery of field sales campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong administrative skills, and can confidently manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Working closely with the Account Manager, you will help coordinate campaign activity, support the field team, manage reporting, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of field sales campaigns
Coordinate logistics and campaign materials
Prepare accurate client and campaign reports following field activity
Gather and organise feedback from the field team
Maintain records, databases, and data entry with a high level of accuracy
Handle internal and external queries in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate bookings and schedules by phone and email
Use Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office tools for reporting, scheduling, and communication
Assist with presentations, spreadsheets, and general administrative support
Work to tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
Attend team briefings and help communicate updates to the wider team

What We're Looking For
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Previous administration and/or data entry experience
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure
