This role acts as a key link between the sales team, internal departments, and customers — ensuring projects (such as kitchen or wardrobe installations) are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. You will play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction by managing project timelines, processing documentation, coordinating teams, and ensuring smooth communication throughout.Key ResponsibilitiesProject CoordinationTake ownership of projects after the sales handoverMonitor and manage each stage of delivery and installation to meet agreed timelines and specificationsEnsure quality standards are met at every stage of the projectAdministrative OversightMaintain accurate project records, contracts, and documentationProcess orders and track requisitions, including handling returns to the factorySupport and update the CRM system (Salesforce) with real-time project informationCross-Department CommunicationLiaise with internal teams such as Production, Logistics, Installation, and Head Office to ensure project milestones are aligned and well-executedFollow up on outstanding tasks and ensure responsibilities are completed across departmentsCustomer SupportAct as the customer's main point of contact post-saleProvide regular updates, resolve queries, and proactively manage any issues that arise during the projectSupport the sales team by helping ensure deposits and balances are collected in a timely mannerPayments & ReconciliationCoordinate with designers and finance on deposits, final payments, and payment trackingOversee bank lodgements and reconcile Visa, Laser, and other payment methodsOther DutiesProvide general administrative support as required by managementAssist with process improvements related to customer experience and project deliveryWhat You BringStrong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detailPrevious experience in project coordination, customer service, or administrative support (ideally in a retail or design-based environment)Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindsetProficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus)Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments and external partnersA proactive, solutions-focused approachBenefitsCompetitive salary €31,500Guaranteed commission €700 to €1100 per month based on store performance (not sales)Quarterly Bonuses based on achieved KPIsPension schemePrivate healthcareINDETH-M
