About The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Operational Leader to join our team. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for developing and leading operational excellence and best business practice.
You will bring innovation, leadership, clear financial focus, and growth to ensure a high-performance culture within your remit. This is a visible role that requires strong leadership in addition to entrepreneurial ability.
Client interaction is significant, and excellent relationship management skills are required.
About the Role
This is a national focus role that will work across a variety of sectors and will require travel throughout Ireland. It will require significant interaction at all levels within the organization and with internal stakeholders and external clients so excellent communication and influencing skills are required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the role portfolio.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Experience in delivering security and cleaning contracts within both a single service delivery and an integrated services market within a variety of sectors.
• Proven experience in a senior operational management role managing multi-service lines, multiple sites, and people.
• Collaboration with executive-level management in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans.
Required Skills:
• Knowledge of multiple operational functions including finance, customer service, operations, and people management.
• A successful track record of operating at a strategic level, building strong client relationships, and value-based management.
• Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity.
• Ability to streamline and implement new structures and roles that create speed, efficiency, and support rapidly shifting business demands.
