We are now seeking to add a Marketing Executive (Internal Communications) to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be based from our Wexford office.Gallagher's team in Ireland have over 100 years of combined insurance experience, we offer business, personal, and financial insurance solutions, protecting what matters most, to the people who matter tous – our customers.

In this role, you'll be a key member of our Marketing Team, responsible for creating and delivering engaging, consistent, and impactful communications across all internal channels.
You'll also take the lead in localising and implementing strategic projects from our UK Internal Communications team into Gallagher in Ireland, while playing a pivotal role in supporting the Ireland integration workstream, helping to unite two businesses seamlessly.

How you'll make an impact
• Develop and implement comprehensive internal communication plans that inspire engagement, foster excitement, and align seamlessly with our organisational goals and core values.
• Work with key stakeholders and integration work stream leads to deliver the communications strategy for their business and produce a regular flow of internal communications.
• Create, refine, and deliver high-quality content tailored for diverse internal communication channels, including social media posts, newsletters, videos, intranet updates, emails, and event-related materials, ensuring consistency and alignment with our organisational tone and values.
• Support the management of all internal events to promote our unique team culture and shared values.
• Coordinate communication efforts between departments to ensure consistent messaging.
• Enable all colleagues to feel excited and optimistic about the future and strive for professional excellence and sustained growth.
• Coordinate various reports, presentations, and internal events.
• Ad hoc duties as required.
About you
• Previous experience in a similar role, with strong interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in clear and persuasive writing, editing, and proofreading, with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders, including senior leaders, and translate complex topics into audience-appropriate messaging.
• Self-motivated, well-organised, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of internal communications, colleague engagement, and employer branding trends.
• Technical proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with experience in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft SharePoint.
• Familiarity with tools such as Poppulo, Circulator, SurveyMonkey, and Google Analytics is desirable.
• Ability to produce simple designs using Adobe Photoshop.
• Eligible to work in Ireland and flexible to travel or work unsociable hours as required.
