The Person: We are seeking candidates with a proven track record as Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef with 3 to 5 years working experience, who can demonstrate the ability to successfully operate in a guest focused manner; always striving to exceed guest expectations thereby building customer brand and loyalty. This is a full time position based in Macroom, which is 40 minutes from Cork City Centre & 35 Minutes from Killarney.
