A
Service Coordinator
is needed by our Little Island Cork based technical distributor to the manufacturing sector.
The person will
support the UK and Irish engineering teams
by coordinating schedules, tracking job progress, managing documentation, and maintaining clear communication with customers to ensure their needs are met and satisfaction is maintained.
THE ROLE:
* Efficiently manage and coordinate the engineer the engineering schedule.
* Prioritise jobs based on urgency, service level agreements, and resource availability.
* Maintain regular and professional communication with customers, providing timely updates on job status and scheduling.
* Initiate, update, and track support tickets.
* Coordinate and track engineer training and certification to ensure compliance and capability.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience in a coordination or administrative support role, preferably within an engineering or technical environment
* Proven ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external B2B customers
* Highly motivated with a professional, customer-focused approach, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Business or technical qualification preferred but not essential
* Candidates must have work approval for Ireland.
