The job: Account Executive DACH - SMB/ENT
I'm looking to speak with fluent German (Deutsch) speakers in the sales industry for an exciting company that offers marketing software solutions for businesses. You are a high energy person and enjoys fast-pace environments.
Responsibilities and every day
1. Cultivate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads
2. Prospect into buyer personas: Small Businesses, C-Suite/ Marketing personas
3. Meet and exceed individual monthly, quarterly, and annual New Logo targets
4. Manage the full sales cycle
5. Manage a sales pipeline in CRM, while maximizing prospecting tools such as Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Sendoso, and Outreach, etc.
6. Handle quote creation and order processing
7. Collaborate with the Sales ecosystem like Marketing, Account Development, Solutions Architects, and others.
Who you are
8. 2-3+ years of full-cycle sales closing experience
9. Fluent German & English
10. Familiarity with software, strong knowledge of the E-commerce/ Retailers/ Brands domain
11. Demonstrated consistent goal achievement in competitive environment
12. Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
13. Demonstrated success with cold calling and creative pipeline generation strategies
14. Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales) is a plus
15. College degree or equivalent work experience (preferred but not required)
