Technically this is a varied environment, but if you have experience of any of the technology below OR are a Graduate with a very specific interest on working with these technologies then please reach out for more information: Linux (or any Unix flavour) Docker or similar navigation tool Casandra or any Database administration tool Networking / Security TCP/IP, SSH or similar products You will: Provide remote technical support (via telephone or online) for identified products 24 x 7, as well as on-site support to customers when required. There will be weekend cover every 6th to 8th weekend, but in return you will work in a highly flexible environment. You will resolve customers technical problems, recovering information vital to call out the incident/issue to senior engineers. You will have multiple internal escalation points, so you will have support.
