The Role / Location33 Molesworth Street, Dublin.We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator to join our Residential Management and Lettings team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that managed properties operate smoothly, with day-to-day maintenance requests handled efficiently and larger development projects coordinated effectively. The Maintenance Coordinator will work closely with contractors, property managers, asset managers and a large institutional landlord, overseeing maintenance operations via a CRM ticketing system, scheduling of works, reviewing and approval of quotes, liaising with tenants and clients, managing keys, and approving invoices.This is an excellent opportunity to join our award-winning company and contribute to a growing market, delivering a modern approach to tenant management for an evolving client base.Key ResponsibilitiesTrack and manage incoming maintenance requestsSchedule and coordinate maintenance worksReview and approve contractor quotesOversee contractor performance and track completion of worksManage property keys and accessCoordinate annual project development worksApprove and process invoicesLiaise with Property Managers and clientsHandle conflict situations professionally and efficientlySkills, Knowledge and ExperienceAbility to work in a fast paced environmentStrong ownership and accountability for role responsibilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsTeam player with the ability to work independentlySystematic, organised, and highly administrativeAbility to build long-term relationships with landlords, tenants, and property managersProactive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn and developAbility to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlinesSolution-focused and able to problem-solve effectivelyPride in going above and beyond to deliver excellent service.Savills Ireland is an equal opportunity employer.Savills aims to attract, recruit and retain the best people from the widest possible pool of talent.
