The deli team is seeking a skilled operations manager to lead and inspire the team in delivering exceptional customer service and maximizing sales.
* Manage daily deli operations, preparing and serving hot and cold meals, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maximize sales and profit through excellent customer service.
2. Manage and maintain standards in line with food safety regulations.
3. Ensure stock loss is minimized by adhering to correct portion control, weighing, labelling, and pricing.
4. Deliver and maintain exceptionally high standards within the area of responsibility.
Requirements:
1. A minimum of 1 year recent experience in a fast food, deli, food to go, or hot counter environment.
2. Good working knowledge of food safety practices and compliance with HACCP and Natasha's Law.
3. Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
4. A keen eye for detail with a passion for delivering high standards.
5. Passionate about customer service.
