About the Role
We are recruiting an Onsite Account Specialist for a key client based in Naas, County Kildare.
This role is central to delivering a high-quality recruitment and workforce management service onsite, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting the temporary workforce.
Acting as a trusted point of contact for both client and candidates, you will ensure that service levels, compliance, and operational targets are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
2. Source, screen and recruit candidates in line with client requirements and resourcing KPIs.
3. Conduct interviews and skills assessments to ensure suitability for roles.
4. Register candidates in line with compliance standards including Eligibility to Work, GDPR, EAA, AWR and ethical requirements.
5. Deliver client-specific induction and training where agreed.
6. Issue onboarding documentation, assignment briefings and handbooks.
Client & Workforce Management
7. Build strong working relationships with client teams to understand workforce needs, culture and operational priorities.
8. Support workforce planning and propose improvements to enhance service delivery.
9. Deliver services in line with the agreed SLA, including reporting, MI updates and client reviews.
10. Manage candidate feedback, engagement, and general welfare.
11. Maintain accurate workforce records and ensure all temporary workers are paid correctly and on time.
12. Conduct performance reviews, investigate concerns, and support performance or attendance management where needed.
Compliance & Quality
13. Ensure all onsite operations comply with Staffline policies, client requirements, and legislative standards.
14. Complete monthly Branch Quality Audits and support Client Ethical and Customer Audits as required.
15. Maintain a safe working environment in line with Health & Safety standards.
Person Specification
Essential
16. Minimum 6 months' experience in recruitment or account management.
17. Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
18. Good administration and IT skills.
19. Organised, resilient, and able to work under pressure.
20. Full, clean driving licence.
Desirable
21. Experience managing HR or performance processes.
22. Business-related qualification or equivalent.
