Sales & Procurement Assistant Opportunity

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing purchases and sales orders, sourcing aircraft materials/parts for customers, and ensuring efficient stock management. Your excellent communication and organizational skills will enable you to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in aviation or supply chain organizations and possess good systems skills in business software (Quantum an advantage). Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel, is required. Additionally, you should have excellent time management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and respond to changes quickly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage purchases and sales orders, sourcing aircraft materials/parts for customers
- Ensure efficient stock management, including locating stock in accordance with required procedures
- Maintain accurate paperwork for shipments and COCs
- Develop and maintain positive business relationships with customers
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience working in aviation or supply chain organizations
- Good systems skills in business software (Quantum an advantage)
