Responsibilities
* Develop and lead the marketing strategy for a portfolio of residential developments, ensuring campaigns align with the overall business objectives.
* Create and maintain strong brand identities for each development, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
* Plan, manage, and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, offline, and event activity, to drive awareness, engagement, and sales.
* Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, signage, website content, and on site displays, ensuring high quality and brand compliant outputs.
* Work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Development, and Design to align marketing activity with business and project goals.
* Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
* Monitor and analyse campaign performance and sales data, providing regular reports and insights to optimise marketing activity.
* Lead placemaking and experiential marketing initiatives to enhance the value of developments and create engaging customer experiences.
* Oversee showhome and marketing suite presentation, ensuring they reflect the brand and provide an excellent customer experience.
* Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and strong ROI.
Key skills required
* 5+ years of experience in a similar role ideally within the construction, property or residential development industries.
