The Role
* Support the delivery of marketing and business development initiatives across key practice areas
* Work closely with senior stakeholders on pitches, proposals, and client development activity
* Prepare high-quality marketing materials, credentials, and presentations
* Assist with market research, client targeting, and competitor analysis
* Support profile-raising activities, events, and campaigns
* Track and report on BD activity and performance metrics
* Collaborate with wider marketing and communications teams as required
The Person
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a Marketing or Business Development role
* Experience within professional services or a similar environment is highly desirable
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Commercially aware with strong organisational and project management abilities
* Confident working with senior stakeholders
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
