The
Business Strategist III
is responsible for designing, piloting, and scaling go-to-market strategies that grow revenue, improve productivity, and raise execution quality across segments in France and BNL markets, as well as regional initiatives.
This role operates at the program and team level, defining multi-part workstreams, setting guardrails and governance, and ensuring that GTM processes, tools, and cadences are built for scale and resilience.

Business Strategist III
partners closely with senior leaders in Sales and cross-functional teams, to co-develop integrated commercial programs and align decisions across the organization.
Operating with high autonomy and deep subject-matter expertise, the
Business Strategist III
manages complex problem-solving from scoping through experimentation, recommendation, and rollout.
Working autonomously, they structure models and analyses, stress-test scenarios, and design robust tests and pilots with clear success metrics, often leveraging AI-enabled workflows to accelerate insight generation and execution quality.
The role builds scalable assets (frameworks, dashboards, playbooks, and automation, etc.) that become standards beyond the immediate team, and prepares leadership-ready narratives that connect multi-workstream outputs to the "so what".
They also coach peers and partner teams on tools, methods, and responsible AI usage, raising the bar for analytical rigor, storytelling, and operational discipline across the GTM organization.
Who you are
Program-Level GTM Ownership: Manages multi-market and multi-segment revenue programs end to end, from opportunity framing through design, rollout, and scaling.
Orchestrates connected workstreams (coverage, targeting, activation, governance, etc.) to increase revenue, productivity, and execution quality across Sales.
Advanced Analytics & Decision Support: Directs complex analytical work, structuring models, experiments, and scenarios that inform org-level choices on investment, capacity, and motions.
Uses SQL, BI tools, and statistical methods to validate hypotheses, quantify trade-offs, and turn insights into clear, decision-ready options for leaders.
GTM Architecture, Process & Governance: Shapes the GTM strategy and engine by building scalable frameworks, KPI scorecards, dashboards, and playbooks that become standards beyond the immediate team.
Establishes guardrails, risk controls, and governance so programs remain durable through product, infra, and market change.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Alignment: Acts as a senior thought partner to Sales and peers with cross-functional leaders.
Regularly facilitates cross-functional forums, surfaces dependencies and trade-offs, and drives alignment and closure on high-impact decisions.
Communication, Storytelling & Change Leadership: Synthesizes multi-part programs into concise narratives tailored for executives and frontline leaders.
Prepares and delivers leadership-ready materials that outline scenarios, implications, and recommendations, while guiding change management plans that land new GTM strategies with clarity and accountability.
AI Strategy & Enablement: Sets the bar for AI use across the team/org, including but not limited to designing AI-augmented workflows for analysis, forecasting, and scenario modeling, and using AI to assemble high-quality narratives at pace.
Coaches teams on responsible AI usage, QA practices, and safeguards, enabling faster, more rigorous decision-making at scale.
Qualifications
Requires a Bachelor's degree, and a minimum of 8 years of related experience; or a Master's degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience; or a PhD with a minimum of 3 years experience
Excellent quantitative or analytical rigor (e.g., Economics, Business, Engineering, or related), or equivalent experience that demonstrates structured thinking, modeling capability, and comfort with complexity.
5+ years in consulting, finance, strategy & operations, or high-growth GTM strategy roles, with clear evidence of driving organization-level outcomes in sales-led environments.
Demonstrated ability to architect and drive multi-threaded initiatives – clarifying ambiguity, breaking work into logical components, and guiding others from insight to implementation while maintaining a high bar for quality and detail.
Expert-level comfort with large data sets in spreadsheets and BI tools (e.g., Tableau), proven SQL skills; adept at turning data into decisions, experiments, and clear trade-off views for leaders.
Concise, audience-aware communicator with a track record of shaping decisions across senior partners and cross-functional teams.
Skilled at partnering across geographies and time zones to align on priorities and ensure follow-through.
Solid grasp of Sales performance metrics and compensation levers, global GTM structures and engagement rhythms, and key Indeed product and data signals, with enough depth to coach others.
Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position in the given work location.
Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
