The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, assisting at the trade counter, and processing orders via email and phone.
This hands-on position requires exceptional service skills, attention to detail, and effective teamwork.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 -5 Contract: Fulltime Permanent Rate of Pay: up to €40,000 per annum Plumbers and Plumbing Apprentices are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities Actively engage with customers to deliver an exceptional experience and high levels of satisfaction.
Provide prompt and friendly assistance to customers at the trade counter and collection areas.
Act as a knowledgeable resource on products and services, offering expert guidance.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the best outcomes for customers.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
Accurately process sales and returns using the company's computer systems.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in trade counter and "front of house" areas.
Stay informed about new product lines and updates.
Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Undertake additional tasks as required by management**.
Requiremen**ts Knowledge of plumbing products is highly advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow tasks through to completion.
Enthusiasm for learning about the company's product range and services.
