Job Summary:
This position involves delivering speech and language therapy services in a multidisciplinary setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct assessments and interventions for patients, adhering to professional standards and organisational guidelines.
* Collaborate with psychology and multidisciplinary team colleagues to determine outcomes and recommendations.
* Attend and contribute to team meetings; complete summary reports on time.
* Support with Autism Observation Network (AON) assessments, including joint scoring and discipline-specific observations.
* Lead or contribute to tailored projects, programme development, and service enhancement initiatives.
* Prepare clear, concise clinical reports using standard templates.
* Provide feedback to relevant stakeholders as required.
* Maintain accountability and adhere to all clinical, administrative, and reporting protocols.
* Manage caseloads and meet agreed capacity commitments.
* Participate in supervision, training, and governance processes.
