If you have 2+ years experience in Operational environments and are ready for your next challenge, this could be the perfect project for you ABOUT THE PROJECT - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide specialist advice to management and staff by interpreting health, safety, and environmental legislation, as well as corporate standards, policies, and industry guidance. Deliver high-quality Health and Safety training, communications, and technical support to all levels of the organisation. Oversee the development, integration, and continuous improvement of hazard identification, risk assessment, and other Safety Culture programmes. Apply knowledge of relevant legislation and industry practices to understand and implement Environmental Health and Safety requirements within project environments. Support behavioural safety programmes aimed at injury prevention and reinforce a mature safety culture through integrated safety practices and open conversations about safety. Support the completion and review of Risk Assessments. ABOUT YOU - ARE YOUR SKILLS A MATCH?Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or equivalent experience.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong IT proficiency, including familiarity with standard software packages such as Microsoft Word and Excel.Experience working within an integrated, cross-functional Health & Safety organisation.Demonstrate ability to implement Health and Safety management systems and internal audit programmes in construction or project environments.
