Description: We’re currently recruiting Qualified Accountants to join our Blackpool team, with great opportunities for progression. Key Responsibilities
Support junior team members with questions and queries to ensure accurate work is produced.
Deliver client work of the highest standards and ensure compliance with all legal and statutory requirements.
Ensure the correct client documentation is received in a timely and efficient manner to meet deadlines.
Handle client requests and queries in a manner that promotes client loyalty.
Record own chargeable time and ensure all billable hours can be recovered.
Prepare client paperwork (Accounts, tax, PAYE, VAT) within allocated deadlines to allow timely submission to HMRC.
Represent the firm in a professional manner through conduct and attitude.
Plan own workload to ensure deadlines are met and work is ready for sign off.
Key Requirements
2–3 years general accounting practice experience.
ACA/ACCA qualified.
In-depth knowledge of Accounting Standards.
Additional Requirements
Experience in managing and/or mentoring junior members of a practice team, with a focus on driving results and exceeding expectations.
Proficiency in navigating professional regulations and best practices, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and making a positive impact.
Self‑motivation, attention to detail, and adaptability to evolving business requirements.
