Job Title: Director of Human Resources

This is a strategic leadership position that will be responsible for driving business outcomes through effective human resource management.
The successful applicant will have a proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that align with organizational goals, as well as a strong understanding of employment law and best practices.
Main Responsibilities:
* HR Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive HR plans that support the organization's overall strategy and objectives.
* Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations by providing guidance, coaching, and training to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
* Performance Management: Design and implement performance management systems that drive business results and ensure accountability.
* Talent Development: Develop and implement programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge, leading to improved productivity and retention.
* Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion by developing and implementing initiatives that foster a sense of belonging among all employees.
* Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and identify and mitigate potential risks to the organization.
* Communication and Collaboration: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners, to drive communication and collaboration across the organization.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in HR leadership, preferably in a senior role.
* Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies.
* Strong knowledge of employment law and best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
