AllPro Recruitment are seeking a
full
time (
35 hours
per week) agency
Clerical Officer
for our client's
Admin
team based in
Sligo Town.
This is a temporary contract until end of March ****.
THE ROLE:
Provide clerical support to the existing team
Data entry, administration, answering the phone, filing, typing reports/letters
Setting up meetings (in-person or online via MS Teams) scheduling, sending invites & agendas, confirming delegates, taking minutes where required, issuing minutes
Processing of invoices / inputting invoices into system
Uploading manual files to sharedrive/ cloud
Minute taking
Must have experience working with MS Office – especially MS Excel
SAP time returns.
(This is out time entry system which generates the pay to staff)
Good communication skills – will be required to process positive feedback acknowledgment letters
ICT – person will be in charge of checking the Practice Tools shared folder each month to ensure it matches with master folder.
Systems – NIMS / TCM / SAP – the person would ideally have some experience working with systems.
Looking after staff supervison files.
Gathering information from a variety of sources and summarising it for when it is requested.
REQUIREMENTS
Previous clerical / administration / receptionist experience is required
Must have excellent IT skills
Must be available within 2 weeks
Must have excellent data processing and attention to detail skills
Must have planning, organising and diary management skills
Capable of working in a team and on own initiative
Working knowledge of GDPR and understanding of general data protection guidelines
