The Role
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of a busy retail store.
You will drive commercial results, lead and develop your team, and create an exceptional in-store experience for customers.
This is an ideal opportunity for a self-motivated manager who thrives in a fast-paced retail setting.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, support and motivate the team to achieve sales and service targets
Deliver excellent store standards and customer experience
Manage stock levels and merchandising to maximise commercial opportunities
Drive key KPI performance, including conversion, ATV and UPT
Recruitment, training, and ongoing development of store staff
Ensure all operational, security and health & safety procedures are followed
About You
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar Store Manager or Assistant Manager role
Strong people leadership skills with a natural coaching style
Previous retail experience in fashion, homewares or accessories
Commercially minded with the ability to analyse sales data and make informed decisions
Enthusiastic, hands-on and driven by delivering a brilliant customer experience
