About The RoleSchedule:Full time position.8 / 10 / 12-hour shift basisResponsibilitiesEnsure all cleaning standards, as defined in the agreement between the hospital and Bidvest Noonan are met consistentlyEnsure compliance with HIQA standardsParticipate in Environmental Management Audits with hospital Ward/Department ManagersImplement the QIP following hospital management auditsComplete monthly audits of areas as directed by Site ManagerEnsure implementation of corrective action including re-auditProactively solicit feedback from customers in respect of hygiene and cleaning standardsProactively manage the performance of the team within the contract in accordance with company Policy and ProceduresSupport Contract ManagerMentor and provide leadership and guidance to the teamComplete attendance records, ensuring hours claimed accurately reflect hours workedComplete the training of new colleagues in accordance with BIC'S standard as required and maintain training recordsRequirements:Proven experience as a Supervisor or relevant role, preferably in a Healthcare settingExcellent time keeping and attendanceAbility to communicate fluently in EnglishSelf-motivated and a team leaderAbility to adapt to change in schedulesGood communication skills both written and verbalA valid Visa enabling the holder to work in the Republic of IrelandPlease review our Privacy Notice - Bidvest Noonan for details on the personal data collected when you apply for a job with Bidvest Noonan and the purposes for which this personal data is collected.
