HR Business Partner
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR spanning at least 35 years, preferably within a manufacturing or operational environment. A degree in Human Resources, Business Studies, or a related discipline is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Workforce Planning: Lead the recruitment process for indirect roles and provide valuable support for direct hiring.
* Performance Management: Drive performance management, offering practical guidance to line managers and supervisors.
* Employee Relations: Provide expert advice on grievance and disciplinary matters, helping teams navigate challenges with fairness and clarity.
* Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefit programs in collaboration with external partners.
* Culture Development: Help bring company values to life through engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and cultural workshops.
* HR Metrics & Analytics: Deliver clear, actionable HR data covering engagement, absenteeism, turnover, and more.
A strong command of Microsoft Office and proficiency in HRIS platforms like BambooHR or PeopleSoft are also essential. The ability to build and manage relationships at all levels of the organisation is critical.
