Job Title: Office Operations Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our sales office operations. As an Office Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our sales operation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the performance of our sales team to achieve high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.
* Provide coaching, development, and support to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
* Allocate targets to ensure all staff have opportunities to excel, achieve, and exceed targets.
* Work with other branch managers to optimize shared resources and drive business growth.
* Grow revenue through direct selling and account management, targeting key customer segments and developing prospecting strategies to maximize penetration and success.
* Develop strong customer relationships and sales opportunities.
* Contribute to the successful achievement of regional objectives, including sales targets and loss ratios, by actively supporting the Regional Manager.
Requirements:
* CIP qualification or equivalent is a minimum requirement.
