Field Service Coordinator Role
This position involves coordinating field service activities, ensuring effective customer engagement, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
* Manage customer relationships from initial contact to developing and implementing a customized service plan.
* Collaborate with service teams to arrange efficient job schedules and ensure the availability of necessary parts.
* Oversee maintenance programs for key customers, including tendering applications.
* Coordinate weekly schedules for service crews in conjunction with a team of coordinators.
* Work with customer engineering teams to review service reports and ensure timely invoicing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Strong technical and analytical skills, particularly in water and wastewater treatment processes.
* Proven ability to manage computerized service management systems.
* Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, handle emergency callouts, and adjust work schedules accordingly.
* Experience in fault finding and problem-solving in collaboration with on-site team members.
* Strong commercial awareness to drive departmental growth and build robust customer relationships.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar field service industry role is beneficial. A valid driving license is required for this position.
