HR Data & Compensation Specialist | South Dublin (Hybrid) | Full-time
We're partnering with a well-established organisation to hire an
HR Data & Compensation Specialist
to play a key role in managing confidential HR data and supporting compensation and reward processes as part of a larger HR team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of
HR, data, and business insight
helping leaders make informed decisions while ensuring the highest standards of accuracy, governance, and employee experience.
What you'll be doing:
* Analysing HR data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities
* Supporting compensation, performance, and reward processes
* Ensuring accuracy and integrity of HR systems and reporting
* Partnering with HR, payroll, and key stakeholders
* Improving HR processes through data-driven recommendations
What we're looking for:
* HR qualification or strong HR operations/analytics experience
* Advanced Excel and strong data capability
* High attention to detail and a strong governance mindset
* Confident communicator who enjoys working cross-functionally
* Experience with HR systems/ERP (e.g. SAP) a strong advantage
