MRI Claims and Billing Assistant Role Overview
The primary duties of this position include processing, collating, and submitting MRI claim forms to ensure all sections are filled out adequately and signed by the patient.
Key Responsibilities
* Processing and submission of 1700 MRI claim forms per month
* Matching and cross-checking details on hospital invoices and professional invoices
* Timely submission of bi-monthly and monthly completed claims
* Liaising with various departments to resolve queries
* Communicating with patients to verify relevant information
This role requires a combination of technical skills and attention to detail. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure.
