Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sr Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our investor relations department, you will be responsible for communicating corporate strategy and financial performance to Wall Street analysts, buyside investors, and target shareholders. You will assist in planning, reporting, and initiatives associated with investor relations, including quarterly earnings, competitor data tracking, consensus analysis, sell-side analyst rankings, annual meeting of shareholders, and investor relations website.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead planning of the quarterly earnings process, including creating meeting timelines and deliverables calendars.
* Coordinate with cross-functional partners to collect business and financial updates to support earnings materials.
* Assist in creating press releases and earnings call prepared remarks.
* Responsible for key deliverables to Senior Leadership Team (SLT), including quarterly Q&A documents, earnings call presentation slides, tracking analyst reactions and reports, and ad hoc requests.
* Day-of-earnings support, including website updates, advancing slides for the earnings call, and taking notes for all callbacks with sell-side and buyside analysts.
* Track sell-side analyst reporting, competitor data, and market news for the IR team.
* Distribute information to SLT on an ad hoc basis.
* Annually perform sell-side ranking analysis.
* Track and analyze consensus updates on a weekly basis.
* Own relationship with third-party consensus data partner.
* Perform quarterly consensus deep-dive identifying variances from internal forecasts to consensus and their potential drivers.
* Manage the Company's Investor website, including all content, updates, creative design, and owning relationships with third-party vendors.
* Manage required content and regulatory compliance with Communications, Legal, and other departments.
* Provide annual website review against best practices, identifying opportunities for improvement.
* Assist in the annual meeting process with the Manager of Investor Relations.
* Own the production timeline of the Annual Shareholders Meeting, including content, creative design, report review/approval, supplier relationships, printing, and annual distribution.
* Manage all updates on Proxy website and Investor Relations website.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
* Knowledge of stock market and SEC regulations.
* Financial Reporting/Annual Operating Plan experience.
* Experience with financial modeling, management reporting systems, and computer applications.
* Ability to manage databases.
* Excel-based financial models and PowerPoint experience required.
* Strong analysis skills, oral and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
* 2 to 4 years' experience in financial reporting or financial analysis position with large organization preferred.
