OverviewGreenvolt Next is committed to the Distributed Energy Generation, as this is one of the main axes of energy transition and key to reduce the costs of energy bills. We have partnerships across Europe relying on local knowledge and market expertise.This role exists to ensure the successful delivery of construction projects—safely, on time, and within budget—while maximizing commercial performance and minimizing risk. It is accountable for driving project execution from pre-construction through to maintenance, with a strong focus on profitability, compliance, and quality.Key AccountabilitiesCommercialStrong commercial awareness to maximize contract profitability while protecting against potential client LD’s and claimsImplement best in class document management and construction management processes and proceduresPre-Construction PhaseObtaining detailed handover from CGO & CTO teamsEnsuring all necessary pre-construction design, planning and works are completed before commencing on siteConstruction PhaseDeliver projects safely, on time and within budgetResponsible for programme scheduling and reportingLead with full responsibility for variations, claims and EOT and documentation of sameMonitoring milestones and cash flow performance by projectCo-ordinate grid connection and commission with CTO (engineering team)Oversee/co-ordinate quality review of construction worksMaintenance PhaseResponsible for planning and undertaking all onsite maintenanceReportingEnsure strong monthly, quarterly and annual reporting across the projects with a focus on budget and working capital.QualificationsDegree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.10+ years’ experience in a similar project delivery role within the construction or renewable energy sector.Experience of FIDIC contracts and appropriate risk allocationProven commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, claims, and contractual obligations.Strong understanding of construction programmes, scheduling, and grid connection processes.Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of delivering complex projects safely and on time.Proficiency in document management systems and reporting tools.Excellent knowledge of health & safety regulations and quality standards.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Additional Benefits after successful completion of probationHealth InsuranceCompany PensionDeath in ServiceIncome ProtectionFlexible FridayProfessional Membership feesTraining and CPDThis job description is intended as a general guideline and is not exhaustive; it is a flexible document and may be subject to change to meet the evolving needs of the company.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and give consideration for employment to qualified applicants without regard to gender, religion, race, national or ethnic origin, cultural background, social group, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, age or political opinion.
