Finance Manager – Fast-Growing Tech Start-Up (Remote)
We're hiring a Finance Manager to join a scaling tech start-up – a brilliant opportunity to step into a high-impact role where you'll shape the finance function and support rapid growth.
Fully Remote Role
Salary: Up to €90,000
Important: This role requires previous start-up experience.
Candidates moving directly from large multinationals without start-up exposure will not be considered.
Responsibilities
Owning day-to-day financial control across the business
Leading, mentoring, and developing a growing finance team
Partnering with leadership to support strategic decision-making
Managing budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow in a fast-paced environment
Building and improving financial processes and controls as the company scales
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Finance Manager (or similar) within a tech start-up/high-growth environment
Strong background in financial control and hands-on finance operations
Demonstrated experience managing and developing finance teamsComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving business
Valid visa to work in Ireland
