The Ergonomics Sales Consultant role requires a skilled professional who can consistently meet sales targets and KPIs. The ideal candidate should have a qualification in a health-related field and an interest in progressing their career in the field of Ergonomics.
About the Role:
Sales experience and/or an interest in developing their skill set within sales is required. The role is based in a dynamic work environment under a Hybrid working arrangement (3 days in office and 2 days working from home).
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop effective solutions for clients through consultative based selling based on understanding client requirements.
* Manage and expand existing relationships with corporate clients in person, by phone, and email.
* Generate sufficient new leads to ensure continuous pipeline through new business development.
Ergonomics Expertise:
* Perform ergonomic and workstation assessments in order to identify and evaluate movement, behaviours, psychosocial factors, and physical setup and guide on improvements to employee performance, physical and mental health management, and identifying potential safety risks.
* Workstation Assessments are performed remotely and in-person.
* Provide training and guidance on usage and good working practice for clients.
Requirements:
* Academic background in ergonomics, physiotherapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy or other healthcare or health science, sports science is beneficial.
* Communicate effectively at managerial level in large companies.
* Result driven, highly competitive and enthusiastic individual.
* Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
* Ability to develop new business as well as build and maintain solid client relationships.
