We're partnering with a leading digital marketing agency to recruit a Performance Social Strategist who combines creative thinking with a strong understanding of paid social performance.
This is a hands‑on role where you'll develop, launch, and optimise campaigns across Meta and TikTok while working closely with creative and video production teams to create content that drives measurable results.
What You'll Be Doing
Manage paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok
Develop creative concepts for short‑form social content
Analyse campaign performance and optimise based on key metrics including CTR, ROAS, engagement, and conversions
Use audience insights and customer research to inform creative strategy
Collaborate with content, creative, and video teams to deliver high‑performing campaigns
Utilise AI tools for research, ideation, and campaign optimisation
What We're Looking For
3+ years' experience in Paid Social, Performance Marketing, or Social Media Strategy
Strong hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
Excellent understanding of paid social performance metrics
Strong creative instincts and understanding of short‑form social content
Analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign data
Comfortable using AI tools to improve workflows and campaign performance
